Wait time is ridiculous and there?s no way around it. Show up at opening and you?ll have close to an hour wait. Their online scheduling tool does not allow you to schedule an appointment until after their opening time. It?s not the stylists? fault, management is trying to run to the store with as few stylists as possible. Your time is not important to the manager/owner of this store. They?d rather save a buck and put all the workload on the few stylists they have.
