I came in and didn’t have to wait long. My stylist was very nice and gave me a very good beard trim. My wife loved it. I can’t remember my stylists name but she was very helpful.

Prepare for an hour long wait every time you go. Talked with manager and was told there is no down time. You're always going to wait. They need to hire more staff and stop pushing the MVP on customers since it adds another 10 minutes to the haircut. Everyone waits for Trish for good reason. I've gotten both decent and terrible haircuts from other staff. Getting to be a frustrating experience.
